What do you mean by that? State returns are already available along with 1040NR in PS.
I thought I heard contrary last year.
@sjrcpa Hmmm, strange. According to the PS pricing page, 1040NR only comes with PS Professional and state returns are available although those may be charged separately.

I thought it was the inability to Efile states along with the 1040NR that people were complaining about earlier this year, wasnt it?

Sounds like certain piggyback states will not accept efiling when the federal is 1040NR anyway: https://kb.drakesoftware.com/Site/Browse/14623/1040NR-Some-State-Efiling-Disallowed
In any case, certain 1040NR still can't be e-filed, according to Notice 2020-70.
