I would like Intuit ProSeries to produce a video on Youtube each year summarizing and demonstrating it's new software features. In addtition Intuit could presenting the top 10 shortcuts tax preparers currently find most useful.
Some ProSeries competitors have a conference each year, but I would find this a more efficient use of my time.

I think I would find pulling out my fingernails with my teeth would be a more efficient use of my time. Ok, maybe not more efficient, but a lot less painful.
