Why does a solution show twice - Once cuz it's a reply and once cuz it's a solution? Seems redundant, but what do I know?

As itonewbie mentioned "The box that appears on top is a highlight for the solution.  The one in the proper sorting order is the original post of the solution."  This allows for the solution to be visible quickly, and still allow a user to see the full context of the conversation with the solution in its original place.

I thought that was weird too, why not just move it to the top as the solution, rather than leave it in both places.

Lol, that apparent is the setup of the Khoros platform.  The box that appears on top is a highlight for the solution.  The one in the proper sorting order is the original post of the solution.

Next question - Why can't you cheer my stupid question.

Community Suggestions appears to be a different type of board, no kudos

I don't see why anything needs to Move. Just mark it as the solution, such as using the green checkmark, but leave it in sequence, because these topics are already a pain to scroll through.
