Right now it seems that the knowledge base is rather empty headed. e.g. https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/forums/searchpage/tab/message?advanced=false&allow_punctuati...

and the old knowledge base has a significant number of broken links in key questions like https://accountants-community.intuit.com/articles/1860952-w-2-faqs

When can we expect to see something that works in one of the other of the forums?

The migration of the Knowledgebase articles is currently in progress and should continue over the next week.  Our content team has fixed/removed the broken links within this article for you https://accountants-community.intuit.com/articles/1860952-w-2-faqs
