I have been a member of PS community for over 10 maybe 20 years. I have been a customer since 1994.

My profile shows me a level 4 contributor...this can't be right because it says I have been a member since 2019. How do I fix this?

Hi there,

Thanks for the suggestion, we are currently working at expanding our user profiles and allowing users to indicate this exact type of criteria.  We will update this thread accordingly.

Cheers!

The migration to this forum format is why you see the date as 2019. That happened in the QB community forum migration as well. I get email from people who think I recently posted there (2019), but I haven't been on that community forum in years and years. The original content that was not discarded, did get redated.

And level 4 is about right, for participation based on your username. You get Badges, not Levels, for some things (cheers, Solved selection, etc), and the Levels will come over time, from originating posts and from posting replies.

And really, you are on a professional forum complaining about a social networking function, and if you really want Likes, then this is not the right forum.

Well, excuseeee meee

Why are they on the site if they are just for social media content???

I only asked because I wondered why they didn't transfer over all of our information when they changed the site. No need to get huffy. It was an innocent quiry.

"Why are they on the site if they are just for social media content???"

We keep trying to get a copy of the Gift Catalog where we can use our Points, but here it is, another Christmas season, and we still can't order anything with those points.

"No need to get huffy. It was an innocent quiry."

Ha ha ha, did you really think we got Huffy? What you seem to have triggered is yet another "enhancement expectation:"

"we are currently working at expanding our user profiles and allowing users to indicate this exact type of criteria"

Because they keep "improving" the Profiles functions, rather than the Forum functions and rather than the Product functions. What I'd like to buy with those frequent flyer program points is some help for Intuit to fix things in the timeframe that they also are being relied on.
