@IntuitAustin We've answered a fair number of RITA questions in details and these are not simple questions to answer because of how the input for RITA is structured.  It'd have saved us a lot of time by referring users this article, which no longer works.

The migration has been completed for months and the Contents team had been made aware of problems with broken links.  When will they have this and other articles updated?  Perhaps Support has more up to date info on these topics that Intuit plans to have questions regarding topics with broken links referred to them going forward?

I will check the status on this for you and update you as soon as the links have been fixed.

Cheers!

Thanks for the feedback itonewbie!

I'm alert the content team of this particular article.

To your overarching question about a timeline for all articles to be updated, the content team is actively looking through and updating outdated content, but it takes a significant amount of time to crawl through and update the 3000+ articles. The content team is prioritizing high traffic and high priority content. Input like this is helpful because it allows the team to have another lens on what is a priority. Thank you for always giving constructive feedback.

I'm sure everyone is busy.  So are the volunteers here who have a day job.  It calls into the question of why this board was rolled out before the contents are ready despite the feedback Intuit had been given over the course of last year.

@IntuitAustin @IntuitBettyJo @itonewbie the scourge that is RITA still causes much consternation.

Any update in addition to "Status: Under Review" you'd care to Cascade along to the rest of the Community? Unfortunate preparers dealing with Ohio would be most appreciative, thanks.

@User FIDO 61 In case you haven't noticed, I'm a fellow user like you, who volunteer to help other users without pay or any compensation from Intuit.  And I'm not Intuit Support.

@itonewbie my apologies. Yes I am definitely aware of your generous volunteer support efforts. I did not intend any malice with my @

@User FIDO 61No worries.  Just wanted to clarify because folks are sometimes confused given we are here almost on a daily basis.  Cheers!

This article shows in a google result:

https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/help-articles/help/form-1099-patr-domestic-production-activi...

When you use the link, there is nothing displayed there. When you show Google's cache or read the results, you see content:

https://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:rcfw72CQDBIJ:https://proconnect.intuit.com/com...

Scroll down to see there is text. Can this be recovered? I see lots of help articles that seem to be placeholders like this one.

Hi qbteachmt,

Are you saying that you are unable to see the article unless you use the cached version in google?

Wow, that's weird; it had no text beyond the title, as if that was a placeholder. Now it fully loads. I've also had the same thing Lisa had with Notifications showing a count, such as 7, but that page loaded with the colored band that I had no notifications and to have any, I needed to participate.
