SOLVEDby Intuit181Updated 4 weeks ago

This article will help you sign in to your Intuit My Account dashboard. See Managing your information with My Account for ProSeries for steps to common questions on using My Account.

To sign in to My Account for ProSeries:

  1. Click My Account to open the sign in screen.
  2. Enter your Email or user ID.
  3. Enter your Password.
  4. Click Sign In.
  5. If your login is associated with multiple Customer Account Numbers, you'll see a Select an Account screen. Click Select on the account you need to access.

If you have trouble signing in or think you have forgotten your user ID or password see Resolving sign in problems when signing into My Account.

If you're locked out of your account:

If you receive a message indicating your account is temporarily locked, that lock will automatically expire 15 minutes after your last login attempt. Once the lock has expired, you can attempt to sign in again.

If you just need to update your user ID or password, you can do it from Intuit Account Manager.

  1. Sign in to the Intuit Account Manager.
  2. Select the Sign in & security menu.
  3. Select the User ID, Email Address, or Password section.
  4. Make your changes.
  5. When you're done, select Save.

Any time you access your account from a new computer or device, or update your account sign-in information (such as username, password, or email address), you may be asked to enter an identification code that is sent to the email or mobile phone currently listed in your account. This additional measure helps to ensure that it is really you who is changing your information.
