Doesn't anyone have this issue, in ProSeries Profession version: If you haven't started a 2020 tax return and you press EF NOW, you would normally see in the client status "not ready". I am seeing the client status "ready" for returns that haven't been started and showing errors. Does anyone know how to fix this? Appreciate your feedback. Thank you! BSR
