Anyone here in the Bluegrass State? Does anyone know whether Kentucky is excluding unemployment benefits per American Recovery Act or should we add back the UI to Kentucky taxable income?

I thought the exclusion was only available to couples with less than $150,000 AGI and individuals with less than $75,000 AGI.

I received my installation CD yesterday. I have already started on several returns. Will loading the CD cause the work I have already done to be overridden?

Finally I went to the "Tool - Connected Customer" on the program menu and it opened!

I have a return with a single taxpayer with an AGI of $82000. Today's update excluded his $8200 of unemployment income.
