I prepared a return which calculated the recovery rebate.  It was disallowed by IRS upon electronically filing the return.  I believe the taxpayer was not entitled to the rebate as his income exceeded the maximum amount.  If they are correct it appears there is a glitch in the pro series software.   If not, an amended return will be required.   Please look into this and let me know the result.   Howard Klein
