I have had a few this season just do as @Terry53029 stated in his post. Be sure to enter the personal representative's name on the 1310 and it will flow to the IRS e-file Authentication statement in the program and that is how the 1310 gets signed.

Oops! Or any "Generally" Generally, you must file an amended return within 3 years after the date you filed your original return or 2 years after the date you paid the tax, whichever is later. If you filed early, count from the April tax deadline.
I'm on hold anyway for the 401-K corrective distribution. I just sent a E-mail to the client explaining that the correction is not going to happen in a timey manner.
