WV passed H.B. 4146 which conforms to the bonus depreciation changes in the TCJA. The 2019 Proseries program continues to view WV as a "non-conformity" state and changes the depreciation for the state return. This is incorrect and this did not happen with the 2018 tax returns. WV is a conformity state for bonus depreciation, and always has been.
