@Synergy about this topic? Of fast path not being active, or something else?  I don't see anyone holding for that long, or anyone on a call that long.  What is the error you're receiving?
What do the errors say?
If you have a current tax year 2019 license, go to Tools and License products and this should pull that down, eliminating your error.

Hi, prior to licensing ProSeries it's considered the Evaluation version which provides only limited functionality (meaning can't efile, etc.), this also includes some sample files.  I assume (not seeing exactly what you have displaying) that this is just that. I'm including a list below of the client data file names for reference:
Try doing FILE and going to PRINT, then hit the CREATE PDF button, see if it still happens then.

First, i am sorry you were disappointed.  Our Customer Service team is based outside of the US and only our technical support and tax based support is based in the US, so they would not be able to assist with transactional related assistance.  When a charge occurs, the charge is first authorized, then goes into a completed status. I was able to view your account balances, and it does appear that you have 4 eSignatures now loaded to your account balance.

If you've done all this and it still reflects as the old email, i recommend doing a SAVE AS of your client file that has the new email, and sending the eSignature request from the newly created (save as) file.

So the Community Property state information should be on Form 8958. As far as how you allocate, I would refer to the government instructions.  Per the About if you right click this form in ProSeries, it calls out entries on this form have no impact on either the fed or state return.  Further since TX has no actual 1040 version of the return, I am unsure on how the allocation would have impact but here is the IRS pub on Community Property for reference: https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/about-publication-555

While you cannot "pull back" something already filed, you can go into your EF CENTER and sort by the "Status Date" column and view any returns in an EF Status of Accepted etc. on yesterday's date. Otherwise if you need to adjust what was filed, you will have to file an amended return.

Based on right clicking on the NY info wksht, in the electronic funds section and clicking on About, it does not appear that NY accepts partial payment but under the "Electronic Funds Withdrawal for Extension, it does reference filing for IT-370 and and references setting up payment for that withdrawal. For more information i would recommend reviewing the govt instructions for state of NY regarding that information.
Close your 2018 program and run updates from the ALL PROGRAMS list at the start menu. Locate the ProSeries 2018 folder and from there run either the Refresh Updates or the actual ProSeries Update

Anytime you have a return reject, additional details should be provided in the reject notification itself.  i ran a search on Community and although this record is Lacerte, this is an IRS reject so the information should be the same.  "Submission must not be a duplicate of a previously accepted submission"  (https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/lacerte-discussions/discussion/error-r0000-194/00/91304) That being said, if the first submission that you did was accepted, you will need to amend the return to file the second instance.  You cannot file a duplicate record.

Any information you can provide around what happens when you try will help us to provide more information but yes, running updates, running repair/refresh updates, and relicensing software are all typical to get ProSeries in "working" order.  What happens when you open ProSeries, what errors do you see?

Withdrawal options for balance due is limited to information that includes a routing and account number.  Some card providers have this information.  Otherwise if they are adamant about paying via credit card, they will need to do so via the irs.gov website, more information can be provided here: https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/easy-ways-to-pay-taxes
Oh, see I wasn't thinking of what you were either! 🙂  I still am unsure what that may refer to, but i would imagine maybe a note? Not sure.

Could you provide some additional details as to what you mean by, "the ghost return shows up... and it doesn't act like it is going thru."? What happens when you try to file?  Are you trying to file it with the Federal?  Is this a 1040 w/ a Schedule C, or a regular 1120 return? thanks!

Hi, I'm sorry you're experiencing this when trying to authorize new returns.  I can see based on your account information that you were charged for the same return more than one time, and the agent yesterday provided a ProSeries PPR credit.  You can request credit if there are additional instances by going here.  In the mean time, try relicensing your software by going to TOOLS and LICENSE PRODUCTS.  This should pull down your license information to ensure everything is as accurate as possible. Customer service is correct though, when it comes to the 990, only the 1120, 1120S, 1065, and 1041 are included for the biz returns, any other return would be PPR basis.
I pulled my Tax Summary and I see no indication of anything "OC". Here is my Tax Summary for reference.
