Thank you for stopping by the community to post a questions. I am sorry to see you go and hope to see you back in the future. 

If you used Gmail to access Intuit Practice Management, we would recommend the following steps to revoke Karbon's access. 

  1. In Google Chrome click on your profile picture in the top right.
  2. Find Manage your Google Account and click on it.
  3. On the left, click Security.
  4. Scroll down until you see Third-Party apps with account access, click on the Manage third party access link.
  5. Click on Karbon.
  6. Click Remove Access button on the right, and then close the browser when it's done.

This removes third party app access.

If you used Microsoft Office or Exchange, there is nothing else to do.
