1) buy a lap top, load the software, backup your client/restore to that new laptop, take it with you.  Reverse that back up/restore process when you return to the main office.  

2) use a remote log-in process (using that laptop)

3) Intuit offers "Cloud" service this year.  Which, I wouldn't touch with a ten-foot pole as it's brand new and I'd be highly suspect all the bugs have been exterminated
