You didn't really ask a question. You posted sort of keywords in a forum for Practice Advice, or "how do I handle this for running my business?"

If you are using a Professional tax preparation program from Intuit, you should post in that forum section, put in a title, then ask the Question in the question section for the help you would like. Then, your peer users that volunteer here, and use that same program, will be able to help you.
