Let's just say, if a client calls up saying they got a notice from the IRS, we don't have to even look in the client's file ------------ we know what the notice relates to.  Evidently Alzheimer's is spreading as fast as COVID.  Nobody seems to be able to remember how much they received or how to find the amounts 🙄
