How do you upload attachments to 1040x that are not tax forms (eg 1098 Mortgage Stmt, Portfolio Gains or Losses, List of  Charitable Contributions) ?

None of what you mentioned needs to be attached to a return.  Please clarify which Intuit professional tax product you use as the process for attaching documents would differ.
