Please help me troubleshoot these Paid Preparer errors to be able to e-file returns:
Yes my business EFIN is registered
1. The paid preparer indicated on this return does not have a PTIN entered in Firm Information Details. When entering the PTIN, make sure the "P" is entered upper case. For tax year 2019, use of a PTIN is an IRS requirement. Some preparers may not have been issued a PTIN in time for filing season. These preparers may use their SSN or EIN for filing returns until the IRS issues their PTINs.
2. The paid preparer's SSN or Tax Identification Number (PTIN) information is either missing or invalid. Either the preparer's SSN or PTIN must be present for electronic filing.
3. Use of the e-file PIN requires the Paid Preparer to have a PIN. The Paid Preparer PIN must be five numbers and not all zeros.
4. The Third Party Designee's PIN is missing or invalid. The Designee's PIN must be five numeric digits. In client information verify the Third Party Designee assigned. Verify the preparer has a PIN .
5. Georgia: The paid preparer's SSN or Tax Identification Number (PTIN) information is either missing or invalid. Either the preparer's SSN or PTIN must be present for electronic filing.

Yes, you need to complete preparer info as PTINs are entered there.
