I HAVE THE EASYACCT UPDATE ON CD, READY TO INSTALL. ONLY, MY CD DRIVER DRAWER IS NOT OPENING. CAN I INSTALL THE UPDATE/NEW VERSION FROM THE INTERNET INSTEAD? LONG-TIME EASYACCT USER IN A BIND.
Off topic - how long ago did they send the CD? We've been waiting for nearly 12 weeks and no one can help us get the actual CD (we have the online update, but still need the CD we paid for). Literally been on hold for almost TWO HOURS.
We received our cd in the mail I believe a week or so before Christmas. Hope yours arrives soon! I wonder if all the shipping delays across the country with Christmas packages and the increase in online shopping affected delivery of them?
