Any idea when the problem will be fixed with reported tips not showing up on all paychecks- seems to stop between 40-50 inputs- show up on all input sheets-getting very time consuming having to re enter reported tips for over 100 tipped employees manually on review of paychecks screen

any idea when this issue will be corrected?

You need to contact support at https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/order-products-from-intuit/help/how-to-contact-easyacct-for-...

This is just a user forum and very few users ever respond to EasyAcct posts

Good luck trying to contact support.  Took forever to get through to them and when we did they seemed to not have any idea about the tip problem and didn't seem to follow us when we were explaining the issue.  All we got was "we will look into it."

Maybe @IntuitBettyJo or @IntuitAustin has some pull to get a response here.

Just got off the phone with customer service.  The guy was real proud that they had solved the .01 GL issue, but said it would be a few weeks for the tip problem.  It is taking us three times as long to prepare payrolls than normal.  Unprofessional and unaccptable!!!!

It sounds like Intuit would really rather everyone go to QBO!
I assume Tips used to work, then they broke it to fix the penny error. Sounds like a good business model.

We went back and reviewed all out tipped clients and the problem goes all the way back to May on our clients.  Very frustrating.
