Where do I enter a New Jersey NOL Carryover from 2018 to 2019 originating from Form NJ-BUS-2

Click on Income > Net Operating Loss > Federal Net Operating Loss and scroll down the 2019 NOL Worksheet section. There, you'll find the line for Loss carryforward from prior year Form NJ-BUS-2 {NJ}.
