If you still have problems, try the following, which should resolve most problems in PTO:

  1. Use only PTO-supported browsers (see https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/product-system-requirements/help/system-requirements-for-pro...)
  2. Use only incognito mode;
  3. Clear cache and cookies (and history);
  4. Restart browser;
  5. Restart computer/device; and
  6. Use another computer/device, if you have access to one.
