If you still have problems, try the following, which should resolve most problems in PTO:
- Use only PTO-supported browsers (see https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/product-system-requirements/help/system-requirements-for-pro...)
- Use only incognito mode;
- Clear cache and cookies (and history);
- Restart browser;
- Restart computer/device; and
- Use another computer/device, if you have access to one.
