After yelling at me that he couldn't help me, I asked if there was another department I could contact and he wouldn't even direct me to someone who may have been able to help me.  I'm not sure if this job is fit for him, because people who work in customer service shouldn't act like that.

I wonder if that was the same Charles that made it to "Intuit Employee of the Month" for August.

At least the good news is you were able to get through the phone lines to talk to someone even if it happened to be Crazy Charlie.
