Hi there,

You can get rid of the 4562 by deleting the depreciable asset entries (they may have rolled over from last year's return). You can typically find the assets by going to Deductions > Depreciation.

if you open the depreciation screen, you'll see a trash can (delete button) to right of each asset in the grid list.

Make sure Form 4562 isn't set to "FORCE" in Depr input screen
