I was able to input info on 1099-misc but didn't know how to indicate the income was to report on schedule C.

1099-MISC does not link to anything in PTO. Just input the income to Schedule C, E or F as appropriate.

Make sure to report All Business Income. The 1099-M is not by definition the Business gross. It simply reflects that this one customer paid $600 or more.
