I am unable to access the client organizer on Intuit Link for only one of my clients. I know documents are there because I looked at t them a few days ago.

I'm getting a message "something went wrong" only for that specific client. Everybody else's documents are easily available.

Sounds like something only Support will be able to resolve for you.
