Thank you for the links. I've gone through the instructions in both links carefully but I've already done these steps. The MS return is set up as a nonresident state and the income being reported on the 80-107 is not input as MS sourced income.
My problem is getting the addresses onto the Form 80-107. The critical diagnostic says this is required, but I can't figure out where PTO pulls this information from.

From experience, this is clearly a coding problem. If you want to provide a screen capture of your input for that income that you believe is not flowing correctly, we could take a look. Otherwise, only Support will be able to help you by accessing your return.
As for Form 80-107, the addresses are pulled from Payer Information for W-2, 1099-R, etc. under Income and from Partnership/S-Corp/Estate or Trust Address for K-1.
