I have a nonresident filing a Mississippi return. PTO appears to be putting all of the dividend income payees on a Form 80-107. I'm getting a critical error that addresses are required, but when I enter the address in the dividend detail it doesn't show up on the 80-107.

You have a multistate return and your entries need to be coded properly in order for the amounts to flow to the correct states.  Read the following articles for guidance.  If you have further questions after reading these, please come back and update this thread:

Thank you for the links. I've gone through the instructions in both links carefully but I've already done these steps. The MS return is set up as a nonresident state and the income being reported on the 80-107 is not input as MS sourced income.

My problem is getting the addresses onto the Form 80-107. The critical diagnostic says this is required, but I can't figure out where PTO pulls this information from.

From experience, this is clearly a coding problem.  If you want to provide a screen capture of your input for that income that you believe is not flowing correctly, we could take a look.  Otherwise, only Support will be able to help you by accessing your return.

As for Form 80-107, the addresses are pulled from Payer Information for W-2, 1099-R, etc. under Income and from Partnership/S-Corp/Estate or Trust Address for K-1.
