Is there a way to setup auto-reminders for clients using Intuit Link, to prompt them weekly/monthly to access their Link? Or bulk send requests?

Referring to this FAQ, there appears to be a function, however our Link platform does not show these features - is this an upgrade? Something different? We use the ProConnect integration.
