Did you buy the 2020 program (which includes Fast Path)?
If so, go to the "Tools" menu, then "License" (in the 2019 program).

No I did not renew ProSeries 2020. I switched to ProConnect to2020 for this year. I was told I could still E-file the past years 2019-18 Completed ProSeries clients using ProConnect 2020. It does not seem to work after the file conversion from ProSeries to ProConnect.

I suspect you may need to contact Customer Support so they can fix/renew your Fast Path for ProSeries.
