Minnesota says PTO is not approved for Minnesota returns. How are you going to fix this? This is unacceptable!

This is not Intuit Support.  We are your peers and can only let you know what we're aware of.  If you need to complain, you need to contact Intuit directly.

Going back to your question... What kind of return are you filing?  Does it involve M1PR?

Did someone from MN DoR tell you PTO is not approved for MN returns?  If not, where did you hear that and what is the exact message you received?

Obi-wan - the state of MN website shows that the Individual (M-1) is not approved but all of the other form types are - go figure.

@IRonMaN  Thanks for pointing that out but I think it's a mistake.  ProConnect Tax runs on exactly the same logic and forms as Lacerte.  It'd be inconceivable that Lacerte is approved for M1 and ProConnect Tax is not.

@IntuitBettyJo  Hi, BettyJo, someone from Intuit may like to contact MN DoR to have this sorted out.  Thanks!

@itonewbie  - 2019 was also listed that way so they are consistent with that mistake

Looks like the OP was already using PTO for M1 returns last year but didn't complain about the returns not being accepted.  That should be a good sign, I suppose. 😉
