ProConnect tells me that I must verify my EFIN number by submitting my Summary Application from IRS eservices. When I click on EFIN Registration/Update in Settings all I get is following:

"Unable to register EFIN"

"You don't have the appropriate permissions to complete this action. Consult your firm's administrator to update your user rights."

Hell, I thought I was the administrator. What is going on this year. BTW I have a copy of my EFIN summary application, I just don't know how to get it to ProConnect.

Any help out there?

Ron

Log into PTO and check your Firm Settings?

In case you already are the administrator, Intuit Support should be able to check your settings and fix it for you.

thanks for the reply.

It took 5 different individuals and many hours but

someone at proconnect finally did figure out and fix

the problem.
