There's a parallel discussion in the PTO FB group and at least one user has confirmed that the problem was resolved.  If you still have problems with your credits, it would appear that may be an isolated issue Intuit Support will need to assist you with (in spite of you having been bounced around).

@IntuitAustin  Could you please have someone reach out to the OP since he has had multiple contacts with various Intuit support teams and doesn't seem to be getting anywhere?  Thanks!
