Some users are currently reporting their PC rebooting when attempting to print to their printer. 

 

There was a Windows update pushed out that is causing this behavior. The update will be named different depending on the Windows version:

Windows 10 – Version 2004 and 20H2: KB5000808

Windows 10 – All other versions: KB5000802

In order to fix this issue you may need to get local IT to uninstall the update noted above. Intuit is unable to assist with uninstalling Windows Updates.

NOTE: You can still print to PDF, although attempting to print the resulting PDF may cause a reboot.
