maryland refundable business income tax credit

On Maryland form 502CR, part CC, line 3 there is no way to enter a refundable business income tax credit from a passthrough entity. In parenthesis is says Not Supported. Maryland will not allow the credit if the return is paper filed. My client has a substantial credit to offset his taxes. How do I allow him to take this credit?

Call the state. Explain the situation. They will allow you to file on paper and will probably give you a special mailing address.

Then how did you deal with the credit finally? did you claim it in the tax return?
