I would just use line 2 on 2441 and list the entire amount in info worksheet as daycare. But I have no idea if I answered the vague question you asked or not.

If you put your cursor in a field in the second completed care provider and page down, it will open as many entry blocks for providers as you need

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround
