Hello,
Am I able to file an amended return for 2019 taxes if I did not file the original return? I am not sure how the original return was filed, but ProSeries is saying that I am not able to file an amended return for 2019.

You can FILE an amended return, but from what others have said, the 2019 program can not E-FILE the amended return (and they just added that capability to the 2020 program a couple of months ago).
