The steps I would try:

Go through the review process on the return to see if there are any issues.

If none, reboot your computer.

If that doesn't help, update your software.

If that doesn't help, go to your start menu, click on ProSeries and select "refresh updates".

If that doesn't help.  Shut off your computer, lock the office and go fishing.  Then try the whole process again Monday.
