College student should not be marked Other dependent but as a student.

HI
on the Information Worksheet, marked S for Student age 19-23m Lived with parents 12 months
the Other Dependent Credit worksheet keeps giving me an error - Form 8867 - showing an error, even though he qualifies for the $500 Other dependent credit.
restarted computer, ran updates again, i am confused. yes, they have TAX, that the credit can be deducted against, checked all my answers more than once? confused. hate to throw away 500 bucks, but something does not add up?

Do you have tuition credit? Then you need to mark that box on the 8867 as well as the CTC/ACTC/ODC box.
