I've had something similar.  My error says "Data in the return is missing or invalid. Please double check your entries."

Error Resolution:
"There was an issue with the submission of this return. Make certain you have a country
listed in each column of Form 1116 and an actual date in Part II for the Foreign Taxes Paid
of Accrued."

I have a country listed each column and an actual date in Part II entered for each column, so I don't get it.  Frustrating! Are you out there ProSeries support people?
