Catmom, please do not take this the wrong way... But how are you so sure that it has not been disallowed in a prior year? Could it be that the client may not have been aware that it was disallowed , or maybe the client may have forgotten that it was disallowed? ...I am not sure of what happened....., I am just trying to help you... Just my opinion....
