Client's mother is her dependent and only has green card so far. Do I have to mail this return in order for my client to claim head of household or is there some way of e-filing? If I have to mail, do I attach a copy of the green card?

the green card is legal resident, you can e-file

Thank you for your reply. How do I deal with the error for no social security number? Putting 6's, 9's, or all zeros doesn't work. The field only accepts a valid social security number and no letters. I appreciate your help!
