Hi --

Client in California has 5 small bank accounts in other countries. I'm filling out Form 114. I entered one of the accounts, and then it says, "Page down to add more accounts." But I can't find any place to add more accounts.

I can't just leave it at the one account, as the balance in there was only $2,000.  

And I don't think I should aggregate all 5 accounts in one place, as they're in multiple countries. 

How do I generate more space to add 4 more foreign accounts?
