Signer has POA, how do they sign?

This POA is not Form 2848, the POA is actually called Durable POA for Asset Management.

Note: T/P is still alive, just NOW CURRENTLY not able to sign any documents.

On Page 1 of 2017 Form 1040:

Your Signature?   Signer's signature and write Co-Attorney-in-fact under signature?

Your Occupation:  Use T/P's Occupation in 2017?

And attach signed and notarized POA.

I Just found this also.....to me, if anyway possible, definitely better to get T/P to sign, otherwise a lot more time and detail will be needed to satisfy the IRS.
