Doesn't appear to be - I'm not seeing the so called automatic changes - it is 10PM ET and the alert said late afternoon - I guess they meant in Hawaii.

It's now almost 9 pm in CA so 6 pm in Hawaii.  No updates.

I don't see any updates for Unemployment compensation exemption yet and it's almost 7pm in Hawaii
