Thanks, didn't know if when the fix is in for Fed, why run it when no one knows what states are doing. I guess states aren't going to get their tax dollars...

Preparers are going to have to take all these different state rules into account before filing any state returns and make adjustments as necessary...or wait for program updates.

Info is still sketchy at best. Drake has been updating their customers by posting info here (but even that is inconsistently formatted and often confusing):

Even in states that don't tax unemployment like CA & VA, if the state "math" starts with Federal AGI then the state still needs to determine the mechanism they want us to use to "adjust the adjustment."
If you're in FL, TX, WA, etc. then the plunger that Intuit will send out this afternoon should unclog your pipes. A lot of other states will still be waiting on Roto-Rooter to show up to unclog the drains.
