I'm new to ProSeries Basic and did not know that when you Print Preview it counts as 1 of your returns, even though you did not mail or email. Will Intuit add back to your return count for this type of user error?

You are using the software to prepare a return, why shouldn't you be charged accordingly?

I was doing a MFJ/MFS comparison because this option is not available in the Basic series (again another thing I didn’t know), and I had to input each one manually. Would’ve did every thing on paper if I new it would take away from my return counts.
Didn’t know if their team provided grace for newbies. I’m learning as I go.

Im surprised it doesnt prompt you that youre 'authorizing' a return when you Efile, Print or Print Preview. I know in Professional it makes you authorize before any of these things when youre working with a PPR product.

No it doesn’t. Didn’t get prompted until it said I had 3 returns left. I will call and see if they will help a new customer.
