Good afternoon ProSeries Professional, I have a problem , My employee have a EFIN when my employee transmit electronic filing Returns the notice is : The EFIN has not been registered to your account . Please I need help. Thank you

You're employee has their own EFIN or PTIN ?

Did you go through the registration process with ProSeries for the employee EFIN? If not, you'll need to contact support.

I think ProSeries is set up for only ONE EFIN (for the business, not the individual); so you can't use more than one.
Offhand, why would you want to use multiple EFINs anyways? Everything filed under your EFIN should be fine.
