When I try to retrieve acknowledgements, I get "Fatal Error Invalid Printer Driver" and then when I hit ok, I get "No electronic filing records were found that match your selection criteria.  Please reselect and try again."

Here's what I'm doing: 

Highlight client name (clearly shows E-file complete)

Right click "View Electronic Filing Client Status History"

And the I get the above error messages.

I want to print the acknowledgements to their file in my document management system.  What's the easiest way to this?  I did open the individual return and printed the 9325 to file, but that's tedious having to open each file.  Also, I want to be able to print ACKs for entities as well.  Thanks for any advice.
