FINALLY!!!! PROBLEM SOLVED!!! After several calls (5) I decided to get transfer to an USA agent and not outsourcing supporting (They just type the problem description). Thanks to Agent SOFIA from FLORIDA my State, she told me "this is what you need to do":

UPDATE WINDOWS and Reboot and then Refresh updates from Proseries. DONE!!! 

WATERMARKS GONE FROM QUICK COLLECT FORMS!!!!!!

FYI: Agent Sofia stayed with me for 2.5 hours until windows and Proseries finish the updates. I was so happy that I answered the SURVEY for the first time to give her 10++++
